My experience with Long Home Products for the replacement of 11 windows has been mixed. We did not get a good feeling from the sales representative that came to our house because he tried pressuring us into a decision that day by giving us a price quote that was "only good until he left the house" and was thousands of dollars cheaper than the 30 day quote. Ryan was very informative about the services and products. Any questions he couldn't answer he reached out to someone right away to get an answer while he sat down with us to discuss everything. I contacted Long Roofing last August (2023) to get an estimate to have our roof replaced, was told both owners of our home needed to be present at the time of the appointment, so we both took time off and made sure we were at the house on the morning of the appointment as agreed. The appointment was made for Tuesday August 15th, 2023, after I confirmed the details with two Long reps telephonically.
