They started our roofing quote extraordinarily high, well over twice the average asking costs to sign into a 12 month agreement guaranteeing that price. Then they offered a 30-day contract which dropped the price about $5,000 and at the end they said if we booked before they left they dropped the price significantly which was still much higher than anybody but as new homeowners we felt very pressured so we agreed.
