The work was done well. However we were told the workers would be on harnesses but they were not.
This company also told us we could pay out our initial loan in full instead of financing it with no issues. Then I pay the loan in full and the loan service tells me my account is 51 days overdue, turned out LongHome never told the loan company that we paid our loan out. It was next to impossible to get someone on the phone and to the right person.
Chris is awesome! He explained everything to me and went step by step over the process. Got my financing done too! Very professional and he is knowledgeable about his product and the company. What a nice guy!
Contractors were conscientious, great, friendly, and quick. Only hurdle was the inspections. No one tells you how long it takes to get an inspection. You're at the mercy of your city and the electrical company/inspector. I recommend the electrical contractor though. He did a great job. He went over things he did and asked about fan/vent placement.
