Long Roofing came out for an estimate and provided a totally ridiculous estimate. Their original estimate was almost $60,000 but miraculously they were able to come down to $33,000. I received 3 other estimates from legitimate local companies and they all came in near $12,000, one for the exact same product.
They provided a “market analysis” that was totally inaccurate, only justified their ridiculously high prices.
