I am suprised at all of the positive reviews. Mine is not. First off I have never felt dumber than I do now after falling for the sleazy sales techniques used and the phony discounts applied to an already over inflated quote by the high pressure salesman. Oh, and the "I gotta call my boss to approve the discounts" line of crap. I couldn't even get salesman to return my calls or texts once he got the contract signed. Don't do what I did. The service all around was impeccable from the installers, plumber and electrician. The update calls from project manager Gabby was fabulous . She checked in with me daily . Very happy with the finished product
Long Home will not stop calling me ! I've never had anything to do with them. In February-March 2025, over 100 calls. Then they stopped. Only to start again in July 2025. They have called 12 times these past 3 days! So far today 3 calls, by 12:30 !
Terrible business behavior. Do they think I would ever hire them after this endless harassment?
