Long Home rep, Joshua Clark, came out today to provide me a roofing quote and it was by far one of the best experiences I have had in getting a home improvement quote. He was thorough and upfront with the information. I had originally planned on getting a few more estimates from other companies but after the time spent with Joshua, I immediately signed on to get my roofing/gutter work done by Long Homes. I'm looking forward to my new roof :-)
We had an appointment with Long Home today for a roofing quote. The Product Manager, Joshua Clark came out, he was prompt, gave a thorough presentation and detailed the work that needed to be completed. Overall, it was just a fantastic experience. This was the first time we've had a quote done and immediately signed on the same day.
