Dave gave us a very informative presentation. He takes pride in his work and represents the company 100%. Very sensitive to our need for the windows and offered financial options to fit our budget. My husband and I were very pleased and impressed by his knowledge and demonstration of the products to choose from. We had 3 other presentations, his was the Best 👌
Project completed, looks nice and we are happy with the final product.
That said, it took quite a bit longer than we'd hoped.We signed in mid November, were told that it'd take 6 to 8 weeks to "get the supplies" in (which really meant getting the shower base in from Kansas), at which point they'd put us on the schedule. I had been expecting an update from them, waiting and waiting but then just called them myself in mid-January. "Oh! Would you like to get on the schedule?"
