What a fiasco this process has been with Long Home/Bath. I contacted them at the end of June for an estimate and sales rep came to home. Unlike a previous good experience with Long Home (deck replacement 2024) this recent one has been a disaster. When we got to financing, told the rep I already had an account with Wells Fargo for the deck, but it didn't seem to click with him. Please do not use Google Reviews as an indicator of quality!! Check Yelp instead (Long Home Products) to understand why this company has a 1.5 star rating from hundreds of customers. Learn from the mistakes of others. Long Home Roofing uses predatory sales tactics to lure people into using their services. Don’t dare ask for an itemized estimate for insurance cause they don’t deal with insurance as we were told right up front. Only provided a lump sum estimate which doesn’t fly with any insurance company. We asked for the itemized estimate to be given to us and we would turn it over to the insurance company but we were told they can’t provide an itemized estimate! Shady??? I think so!
