My experience with Long Home Products for the replacement of 11 windows has been mixed. We did not get a good feeling from the sales representative that came to our house because he tried pressuring us into a decision that day by giving us a price quote that was "only good until he left the house" and was thousands of dollars cheaper than the 30 day quote. Ryan was very informative about the services and products. Any questions he couldn't answer he reached out to someone right away to get an answer while he sat down with us to discuss everything. He tried his best to get us the best price and was very friendly and understanding. He was very comfortable to talk to and just seemed very down to earth.
