More than 4 months ago I inquired about having Long Bath install a new shower in my master bathroom. After the person on the phone explained the lengthy process of having someone come out to make a presentation that required all homeowners and occupants to be present, etc. I told them not to bother as I had made that mistake before with a window replacement company.
