UPDATE: Revising my review 2.5 weeks later from 5 to 3 stars. Rick had told me they would put in the order and call me when it was in, but no one called. I followed up today by phone and apparently there will be an installation charge that I need to approve, so it hasn't been ordered. But no one called or emailed me to approve anything. Were they just waiting for me to call? Pretty annoying waste of a few weeks. Hoping I will hear back from them tomorrow with the quote.

Salemen, Didn’t come on time and didn’t even call 📞 to let me know. He also didn’t do what he said he would do. The only thing that was good about my hold thing was the people that did the job were very good at there job.
