Had Long Home Bathroom remodel done and the sales pitch and material were fine. As far as dealing with the Project Manager she wasnt all that responsive. At one point she didn't get back to us for two weeks after the electrician did his job. After everything was said and done the workmanship was awful. What a fiasco this process has been with Long Home/Bath. I contacted them at the end of June for an estimate and sales rep came to home. Unlike a previous good experience with Long Home (deck replacement 2024) this recent one has been a disaster. When we got to financing, told the rep I already had an account with Wells Fargo for the deck, but it didn't seem to click with him.
