These people are not honest. No one is in charge and they do not respond to phone calls or emails. I gave my deposit to the sales representative in January. They came in at 7:30 am and we're done by 8 pm. When they were done they swept around the house multiple time to ensure everything was cleaned up. The management staff called multiple time to check on the progress to ensure that quality service was being performed.
Frank was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked hard to get me a reasonable price for shower install. He was kind and personable.
I wish I could give a better review after such a great initial consultation with Chris, Jordan, and my rep Shacoya — they were all fantastic. Unfortunately, the actual roofing service left a lot to be desired, and I can only give it two stars (and the second star is only because of how good the above employees are).
