Being a skeptic, I was expecting the pushy sales approach. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Veronica was amazing; she was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of her craft. She brought along a trainee Joe, who was also very engaging. Great experience! I look forward to October when my walk-in bath will be installed.

The company rep and manager were very rude and unprofessional to me. I was quoted a price on the first appointment that I wasn't able to move forward with. The company itself followed up with me through a phone call and text. I was completely transparent in my expectations of what I wanted to get done at a reasonable price.
