The Product Manager, Joshua Clark came out, he was prompt, gave a thorough presentation and detailed the work that needed to be completed. Overall, it was just a fantastic experience. I called for an estimate and the technician was showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and transparent with all of the products and features I was looking for with new windows. Ethan was very attentive to my needs and able to provide me will any and all information I needed. I would highly recommend using long home if you decide to get new windows, employees like Ethan are a great example of the high caliber people that work for a family owned business. Great experience.
