Long did an excellent job replacing my roof. From the consultation to completion, I was well informed. The new architectural shingles are better looking and stronger than the 3-tab shingles previously in place. I feel secure knowing that the roof is no longer an issue of concern, and the transferable warranty will be a great selling feature when it's time to sell.

I'm giving 3 stars because the quality of the work and materials was actually quite good, even though overpriced IMO. Sales representatives Ed and Nick did a good job with their presentation, and were up front that it would be a month or more wait for the partial bathroom remodel (new tub and shower enclosure), and that the job could take 2 or 3 days. JEP 2574 — review for Long Home
I just got my house roof and gutters/downspouts replaced by Long Home Products. Their sales/costumer service staff and work site crew did an outstanding job. The price was a bit high, but then again you get what you pay for. I rather pay a little more and have a piece of mind than being cheap and pay the consequences later. With that said I do highly recommend them if you're willing to have the job done right with an outstanding warranty that many competitors don't offer.
