Up to this point (install will be in about 6-8 weeks), I have been happy with my salesman, the presentation explained everything about the process of tear down to new install. I felt very comfortable when he left. The financing was very easy too. I am getting excited about getting a nice new bathroom and wish it was going to be done yesterday!
My salesman, Luke, was absolutely wonderful, he was able to explain the whole process to me, explained my options, and helped my family customize our dream shower. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He wasn't bothered by my dogs being obnoxious, just made everything feel very comfortable, simple, and relaxed.
I wish I could give more but not with sloppy work and with not so impressive customersupport who never bothered to return customer calls. My bathroom work is not worth the price paid. Started regretting for a bad decision since the water wishes to stay put on the bath floor instead of draining because the floor did not properly installed to drain. Never heard them calling back to fix the issue.
