My new roof looks great. They were very careful with my roof mounted tv antenna. The clean up was done with care to find any stray nails and pieces of the old shingles.

Garrett gave us a very thorough, professional and understandable presentation of the options Long Home offers to replace our roof. Very personable and reasonable to work with.
The project that never ends. Told something was 'custom ordered' but was actually a miss measure on Longs part. No one double checked the sizes and started the project with parts that were incorrect. Then, once they noticed, started to say everything was custom which is why things are taking so long. But was originally told it was a miss measure. Chris and Darien are rude and 100% white collar salesmen.
