First let me start by saying my Project Coordinator Monique Gross did a great job of notifying me from start to finish everything I needed to know and could expect. On the day of installation, the site Project manager David Alvarez was very polite and helpful. This was a 10 out of 10 experience. the installers was very professional. When they finished you couldn't tell they was ever there. They left my property very clean.

On Nov.30, 2023, Long Baths/Home Products sent over two representatives to our home to give us a free estimate. The Representatives were Wil Forster and Ryan Broofs. Our appt. was for 6:30pm and we needed an estimate on the bathroom as well as four windows. Wil and Ryan were very prompt and courteous.
