Like all of the large metal roofing contractors, we had to sit through a 90 minute presentation telling us how wonderful the company is and how small family firms might go out of business after doing the work. We were then given a quote of $109,718 for a 2300 sq ft roof, but if we decided today it would magically go down to $64,721.
