Had all the widows replaced on my house . As new construction style, which means the entire widow frame is removed including inside trim as well as outside trim new flashing is installed with new windows and insulation and all new trim inside and outside and finished caulking. Everything went very well with crew. However one window was delivered with a crack. The replacement process was easy and handled well. The replacement turned out to be defective.
