So. Read their website here and it said roof repairs. So I called them and asked for my Ceder Shake roof to get a small repair...the person on the phone was reading off of a script and asked for the age of the roof after I told her it was a roof in good shape and squirrels had chewed up 3 or 4 shingles and that I just wanted to speak to a manager. Her response was "we don't do repairs" - to me that meant she was programmed to sell new roofs. She in fact then said "we only do new roof installs." ... Read more
