If I could give a ZERO I would. They are expensive, which i did know, but also believed with that would come with professional, timely and correct service. Wrong. We hired Long Home to remove old existing tub and shower and replace it with new walk in shower enclosure. The crew arrived as scheduled. They were polite, professional and extremely efficient. Our new shower was installed in about 8 hours. We are very pleased and are happy to provide staff and crew with an excellent reference.
