Don’t ever call and ask about their services because you will be pestered with never ending bot calls no matter how many times you say to remove you from their list! I hate to give such a bad review but I’m sick of the multiple daily calls.
Contacted Long Home to get information on tub to shower replacement. They got back to me immediately & made arrangements to come to my home to discuss within 2 days. I liked what I saw, and am in the process portion of a hopeful renovation.
We had a consultation with Tyrell Bowie to see about upgrading our three bathrooms. Tyrell had assured us that we would be getting the best service, pricing and reassurance from him and the contractors during renovations. None of these were delivered. I have reached out to the main branch and Tyrell and have heard nothing back from either. This is very unprofessional and we are highly disappointed with Long Home.
