A rep from Long Roofing met me at my house...measured up the roof and presented all they offered for my particular needs....Professionally & clearly! He provided the quote....right "then & there"! I had various questions.....they we all answered! They use High Quality roofing materials and provide a 50yr warranty....I would call that reliable! I have 5 stars because Maxwell Better and his partner initial presentation were professional, informative and knowledgeable about all of their products. They took their time and answered all of my questions. The payment plan they offered was very affordable. If the installation process is as great as their presentation I will continue to be a very very happy customer.
