Installer was awesome (forgot his name but has been with the company for some time and was the only installer during COVID) and Tim H. followed up to see how everything went with the installation.
I requested a free estimate on removing my bath tub and installing a glass door shower instead. Richard, the salesrep, is very nice and knowledgeable about Longs baths. He not only showed me slides but he had product samples for me to examine and he demonstrated how everything would fit together and work - this is how they can ensure their life time guarante.
