Eddie Andrews gave us a very detailed and professional presentation about their Long roofing products. He even went up in our attic to inspect the interior of of our roof & took pictures to show us what condition it was in, this impressed me. He did a great job educating my wife and I on what we needed to know about replacing our roof.
I was very disappointed with the estimate process practices of Long Roofing. We have a very busy time juggling our children and cannot guarantee that both of us can be present for all interactions with the technicians. We make all business and purchase decisions together, but we are not always both present for all negotiations. The fact that Long Roofing was unwilling to accommodate our family is unacceptable.
