I requested a free estimate on removing my bath tub and installing a glass door shower instead. Richard, the salesrep, is very nice and knowledgeable about Longs baths. He not only showed me slides but he had product samples for me to examine and he demonstrated how everything would fit together and work - this is how they can ensure their life time guarante.
