LONG WINDOWS ARE VERY GOOD, AND THE YOUNG MEN WHO RECEIVE THE CALLS AND INSTALL ARE VERY GOOD. HOWEVER SINCE 2019 IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE PRODUCT TEAM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX SMALL PROBLEMS. 1ST THEY COME OUT=1 TO 2 MONTHS TO SET UP, THEN THEY ORDER PARTS ANOTHER 1 TO 2 MONTHS (IF LUCKY), THEN THEY COME BACK OUT TO FIX (IE 5 TO 8 MONTHS FOR FIX). PRODUCT TEAM NEEDS MORE PEOPLE AVAILABLE ON GROUND LEVEL TO RECEIVE ORDERS & FIX.
