The rep, Vinny, was on time and presented a professional appearance. He was comfortable with his knowledge and knew his product. He did a good job of making suggestions, creating contrasts and creating the “need/urgency” necessary for these kinds of sales. He handled what the household had such as “return from vacay” clutter, and nosy cats/dogs, never mind communication issues between the spouses (Hubby and me).
