The technician was very professional and personable. He was very quick and made sure that all of the repairs were done properly.
There was a mixup on the day they were to come due to computer issues. They apologized re-scheduled and showed up first thing in the morning a week later. Repair work took about an hour or less. I was very satisfied with the worker and his knowledge of what needed fixing. Also thanks to Tim H. for the follow up.
