We hired Long to redo our bathrooms by ripping out the bathtubs and putting in showers. The quality is bad and the installation was very delayed even though we signed up on the same day we were quoted for "reduced pricing". I feel that we grossly overpaid and would not recommend anyone to use them for bathroom remodeling.
They did not complete the project properly, and it took them over 4 months and multiple phone calls from me to finally get it completed. Once they have your money, you are not important to them anymore.
