We are not happy with the service post install of our new shower. We did not get the shower head that we wanted (full discloser, partially our part). However, we contacted Long the day after install to try and fix this and some damage to our walls. This process started in the middle of July. Eric was great, and very helpful with his information about all my choices. Eric was very knowledgeable in all the different choices I had and without his help I don’t think I could’ve narrowed it down. I do think he helped me pick what was the best for my needs.
