The crew they used was an excellent team. Some didn't speak english but there were enough that did that it all went well. they clearly worked well together, in the cold, and cleaned up tons of snow on the lower roof to get to take it off and replace it. the snow was hardened and they just went about their work pleasantly never complained in a less than ideal setting, and were done so fast that they had the whole area cleaned up and left in great shape in one day. i was amazed at how fast they wo...
