Three stars is the mid-range for my experience. I got the sales pitch, the information needed to make a solid decision and the sales people are knowledgeable of the product they are selling. I chose to not go with Long Home due to what was needed for my bathroom and what they could do. I needed a full bathroom remodel sheetrock, light electrical, floor, small vanity, toilet and plumbing to be brought to code, new window and wall exhaust fan installed.
