I live in a 1500 sq foot manufactored home. Long Home sent put a representative to measure and give a free estimate for a roof. The representative didn't have a ladder to check the current condition, went into the woods to take pictures of the current roof. Then tried to charge $34,000 for a new shingled roof. Ill find a better company that does not take advantage of people.
We had MBR. Shower replaced,and guest tub/shower replaced. Big improvement!
