CAN WE BE HONEST?! Had our shower install back in '12 & recently developed problem on flooring. FIRST, LONG HOME HONORS THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY without hassle!!. However, their worker made a grievous error when fixing flooring, yet WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GET UGLY, DIDN'T HAVE TO CONTACT LAWYERS, ..unlike smaller companies, they IMMEDIATELY owned up, fixed everything.
