We had our roof done by Long Home, June 2023. Less than a year after we had a leak, which they handled right away. We now AGAIN have another leak…. But this time, they aren’t even returning our phone calls, or emails.
My husband and I have been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks, they just say someone will get back to us. Still waiting….

Longhome Windows has the absolute worst customer service out there. Good luck getting ANYONE to return your call. When you call back they tell you they will escalate it up the chain and then THAT person won’t call you back. Then when you call back yet again they say they’ll escalate it to yet another supervisor.
