The Long Fence and Home replaced and installed all windows in 2008 when a Lifetime No-nonsense Warranty was also purchased. One window was broken back in January. Long Home came over and took the product code on 01-17-23. I was informed a replacement would be order in about a week, which would arrive in 5-6 weeks. That was a bit long.
