Old roof was removed and plywood inspected all bad sheets were replaced, ridge cut for new ridge-vent system, shingle upgrade from old 3tab to Landmark Pro AR with Diamond Deck underlayment and winterguard, new drip edging and pipe collars. Replaced all flashing. Total roof area about 4,200 sq.ft, all done in 2 Day's. Next new gutters and down-spouts installed on main House, 1Day.
