Camila called to schedule my install, answer any questions, provide timeliness, emailed original contract to confirm we were receiving what we ordered. Called the morning of to confirm that the crew was on time and answer any last minute questions. David called and emailed to introduce himself and let us know he was the project manager, update us on the progress and answer any questions.
