            Long Roofing did a great job when installing our roof. A very professional group of people from salesperson to customer service to installation crew. They completed the job on schedule and worked hard to keep our premises clean. I received phone calls from the Company to check on how the roof project was moving along. Long Roofing cannot be compared to less expensive other roofing jobs but they are well worth the extra cost.

            I am writing this just for one employee at Long Roofing. I had issues with problems with my roof shortly after replacement and another large issue over a year later. My calls resulted in “lip service”, call hangups, promises for call back, and various ways of being put off for well over a month. I found the only person I could get any help from was TIM THEAFNER.
