Long after having a complete roofing job done by Long Roofing I discovered that an attic ventilator installed as part of that undertaking was not functioning. I contacted Long Roofing to notify them of the problem. They scheduled a specialist to come and deal with it. He arrived on schedule, analyzed the problem, repaired the device and assured me I was covered by their roofing warranty. Well done all around.
