I wanted to move forward on having work done from a previous quote. It took them months just to get a permit. Now that it's time to start the work the contract mysteriously changed and included work that wasn't possible, but left out the fencing around the roof. Who would agree to have a walk out roof done without fencing around it. After weeks of trying to get this resolved with no resolution I asked for my deposit back.
