Today we met with a consultant as we are thinking about turning our tub into a walk-in shower. Chris was knowledgeable about the company and products, and was incredibly helpful. I had many questions about how the install would work in our specific set up, which has a fan cut through tile and tile walls running into the shower. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us some ideas on how we might proceed with our unique requirements.
