I recently sat down with the representative, Rob Rau to discuss a possible tub to walk in shower conversion at my home. Rob was very knowledgeable, informative and comfortable to work with. He worked very hard, along with his manager David, to bring the final price down to an agreeable level. I signed the agreement and paid the deposit without feeling any pressure to do so.
