There was an issue with the hot water in the shower. Carol was able to go above and beyond to schedule an appointment to accommodate my needs and Luis was on time, professional and courteous not to mention swift with the repairs.
Tiance & Samantha gave an excellent presentation ,they were very thorough on explaining every aspects of what they were going to do and the products they were going to use.The 50 year warranty was outstanding .It’s too bad we couldn’t come to an agreement on price.
