CAN WE BE HONEST?! Had our shower install back in '12 & recently developed problem on flooring. FIRST, LONG HOME HONORS THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY without hassle!!. However, their worker made a grievous error when fixing flooring, yet WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GET UGLY, DIDN'T HAVE TO CONTACT LAWYERS, ..unlike smaller companies, they IMMEDIATELY owned up, fixed everything. Long folks replaced two windows that had lost their seals. Very quick work and covered through the warrentee. Rick did the work, Tim contacted us with a follow up call.
