            We can't thank Joey G. enough! Joey put in a 10+ hour day, working WITHOUT ANY BREAKS, to rip out an old tub & install a walk-in shower in our bathroom. When he removed the old tub he discovered that the drain & trap was almost completely disintegrated in three separate spots. It was a horrible mess, and completely unexpected.             The salesman and installation process were pretty good. We waited months for the sliding glass door to come in. My problem now is that when you need them post install they ghost you. We have now called them twice with issues that they need to address and they keep telling us that someone will get back to us in 12 to 24 hours. That has never happened. We have a slider with moisture between the glass panes and no one will help us.
