These people are not honest. No one is in charge and they do not respond to phone calls or emails. I gave my deposit to the sales representative in January. It's been 3 months now and my shower is not completed after being promised a 1-2 installation. I have gotten completely different answers from 5 different people. They came in at 7:30 am and we're done by 8 pm. When they were done they swept around the house multiple time to ensure everything was cleaned up. The management staff called multiple time to check on the progress to ensure that quality service was being performed.

I wish I could give a better review after such a great initial consultation with Chris, Jordan, and my rep Shacoya — they were all fantastic. Unfortunately, the actual roofing service left a lot to be desired, and I can only give it two stars (and the second star is only because of how good the above employees are). Long Bath workers arrived well within the stated time and immediately went to work, first removing the old and replacing the new. They worked efficiently and were so careful to make sure that when done the entire area was clean.
